Observed employee drink stored by lemonade and packaged sugar at bottom shelf below tea dispenser. Remove these drinks before the nex routine inspection. |

(C) Pressurized BEVERAGE containers, cased FOOD in waterproof containers such as bottles or cans, and milk containers in plastic crates may be stored on a floor that is clean and not exposed to floor moisture. Observed no lid on tomatoes, cheese etc in pizza reach-in cooler. Provide lid or plastic on these foods before the next routine inspection. |

Vents have dust on them. Grill hood filters have grease and debris on them. 9. Floor under prep sink has debris on it. 10. Wall by Deli meats in walk-in cooler has mold growth on it. 11. Floor in walk-in cooler ad freezer has food debris on it. 12. Floor under chicken reach-i cooler has debris on it. 13. Floor under fryers and flat stove has a lot of grease and food debris on it. 14. Wall above bottled sauces have sauces splattered on it. 15. Floor drains in bar have debris around and in them. 16. Wall in keg walk-in cooler has mold on it. 17. Ceiling in Keg walk-in cooler has mold growth on it. Clean and maintain walls, ceilings and floor before the next routine inspection. Repeat |
